Google Account Details: The name, email address, and profile photo associated with the Google Account you use to fill out the form.

Sensitive Personal Information:
Aadhar Card: We collect a copy of your Aadhar card for the sole purpose of identity and age verification. This is treated as highly sensitive data and is protected with stringent security measures.

Audition Video: Your audition video file (MP4 format), which contains your likeness, voice, and performance.
Language of Song: The language in which you will be performing.
Financial Information:
Transaction ID: The unique identifier for your registration fee payment.
Payment Confirmation Screenshot: A screenshot to verify that the payment has been successfully made. We do not collect or store your bank account, credit card, or debit card details.
Other Information:
Parental Consent Form: For participants who are minors, we collect a consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Marketing & Reference Information: How you heard about us (e.g., Google, Instagram) and any reference you may provide.
3. How We Use Your Information Your data is used for the following specific purposes related to the "Mic Drop" competition:
To Process Your Registration: To create your participant profile, confirm your entry, and manage your participation in the competition.
For Verification: To verify your identity and age using your Aadhar card, ensuring eligibility for the competition.
To Communicate With You: To send you important updates, confirmation emails, results, and other information related to the competition via email or phone.
For Judging and Selection: Your audition video will be reviewed by our internal team and/or a panel of judges to evaluate your performance for selection.
To Confirm Payment: Your Transaction ID and payment screenshot are used exclusively to verify that the non-refundable registration fee has been paid.
For Promotion (With Consent): As stated in our Terms and Conditions, parts of your submission, such as your name, and potentially clips from your audition video, may be used for promotional activities related to the "Mic Drop" competition if you are selected as a finalist or winner.
Internal Analytics: To understand how participants find us and to improve our marketing efforts.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
With Judges: Your name and audition video will be shared with the judging panel for evaluation.
With Service Providers: We may use third-party companies for services like web hosting or payment processing. These parties are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Data you submit through our Google Form is protected by Google's security infrastructure.
Access to sensitive information like your Aadhar card is restricted to authorized personnel only for verification purposes.
We use secure methods for handling and storing all submitted files.
However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
6. Data Retention We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
For participants who are not selected, personal data, including audition videos and Aadhar card copies, will be securely deleted within a reasonable timeframe after the competition concludes.
For participants who are selected as finalists or winners, we may retain your information (like your name, performance video, and contact details) for a longer period for archival and promotional purposes, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
7. Information Regarding Minors We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. We only collect personal information from minors (individuals under the age of 18) with the explicit, verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian, as evidenced by the submitted Parental Consent Form. The information is used solely for the purpose of participation in the competition.

Request the deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and contractual restrictions.
Withdraw your consent at any time (please note that withdrawing consent will result in your disqualification from the competition, and the entry fee is non-refundable).
