By participating in the Mic Drop contest, I/We, the singer/band, acknowledge that:1. I/We grant Tamashaa Factory Private Limited (Hereinafter called as TFPL) permission to record, film, and photograph my performance.2. I/We grant TFPL a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and display my performance, including any recordings, films, or photographs, for promotional, advertising, and other purposes.3. I/We warrant that my performance is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.4. I/We understand that TFPL reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without notice.5. I agree that the decision of the judges is final and binding.RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION:I release and hold harmless TFPL, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from my participation in the Mic Drop contest, including but not limited to:1. Injury or harm during the contest.2. Unauthorized use of my intellectual property.3. Defamation or misrepresentation, libel, or slander.REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES:I represent and warrant that:1. My performance does not infringe on any third-party rights.2. I have the necessary permissions and clearances for any copyrighted materials.3. My performance is original and does not contain any obscene or defamatory content.DATA PROTECTION:I consent to the collection, storage, and processing of my personal data for the purposes of the contest.ACKNOWLEDGMENT:I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of the Mic Drop contest.
